why is it city, not sitty?

does "scenery" include cityscapes?

anyways here's a watercolor of a photo of a city i did in my sketchbook.

watercolors are pretty hard to use because if you mess up you're kind of screwed, but the effects are totally worth it.

note to self: don't apply watercolors too thick. don't use a fresh color next to a different color just laid down - they'll glob together really fast. also, use the paper's color.

the underdrawing itself was pretty difficult too, but ehhh.

i'm pretty content with how this turned out.
